Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DustBuster Cleaning Services LLC, we value our clients’ time and trust, and we reserve each appointment exclusively for you. Because our schedule fills quickly and our team dedicates specific time slots and staffing to each property, the following policies ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff.

Cancellations
• Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Appointments canceled on the same day of service may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service total, depending on the time and resources already allocated.
• If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property, this is considered a lock-out, and the full service charge may apply.

Refunds
• All sales are final once a cleaning service has been rendered. Due to the time, labor, and supplies involved, we cannot offer refunds for completed services.
• In the rare event that a client is unsatisfied, we offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee — simply notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.
• Deposits or prepayments made to secure appointments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule their cleaning at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in the loss of preferred scheduling or require prepayment for future bookings.
